  I have been a customer at Fera's for over 20 years. My husband and I bought our wedding rings and my engagement ring as well at Fera's. The service has always been excellent and my husband who is notoriously difficult about buying jewelry was so impressed when we bought our wedding rings that he has always gone there when buying me jewelry. I certainly intend to remain a loyal customer.

  I have been to Fera's several times over the past couple of years. Each time I have received excellent customer service. I have purchased several pieces (ear rings, an engagement ring, etc) and have had a repair done to a ring bought elsewhere. I was impressed with the quality of the repair. I could not tell the ring had been broken; the replacement gold and diamond blended well with the originals that did not need to be repaired. The great pricing and outstanding customer service will lead me to return anytime I need to buy, sell, or repair a piece of jewelry.

  Came in to sell some Gold and have repairs done. Great customer service and made some money. Shopped around to see what I could get for my gold and found that they paid the best price very happy with everything. Thank you again Fera's Jewelers and to Lorna for your help.

  Have bought so many beautiful pieces for very reasonable prices and couldn't be any happier!! Wonderful customer service and trustworthy for purchases or repairs. Highly recommend.

  What a great jewelry store!!! Family owned and operated. They have many nice jewelry pieces to choose from in their cases. I asked the salesman to show me about twenty different pieces of jewelry. He took the time to show me anything I wanted to see and then he brought out some vintage pieces from the safe to share with me for consideration. I bought a diamond ring that day!!! I can't wait to go back again and see what other jewelry piece will catch my eye! Oh yeah and while speaking with the salesman, I learned he is one of the owners, he is very charming!
